New Day Trust is a licensed mortgage broker. This section explains how New Day Trust protects and uses your information in a safe, secure and responsible manner.  Your information will never be shared without your knowledge.

Should you choose to use New Day Trust for your lending needs your information will be shared only with our carefully selected banking and business partners to qualify you for the services you requested.

In order to complete your loan this information will eventually be shared with third parties. Specifically, banking partners.  New Day Trust will never share your information with credit agencies without your consent.

Additionally, to provide you with product and service offerings, we share limited information (such as a list of customers in a certain age range) with business partners who are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Your Choices
You can choose any of the following. The default position of New Day Trust requires you to take action to receive offers and information via email. You will not receive these offers unless you “opt in.”

1. Receive valuable New Day Trust product and service offers. You will not receive these offers unless you “opt in” to receive them while completing the prequalification or contact us forms.

2. Receive valuable product and service offers from our trusted partners. You will not receive these offers unless you “opt in” to receive them while completing the prequalification or contact us forms.

This choice would allow us to share non-public personal information with our business partners.

3. Terminate your account. This choice would stop us from sharing non-public personal information to business partners who would help you secure your loan. This will end our ability to help you in the path towards securing a loan.

Companies not covered under this policy
Some companies that we work with have different information sharing practices. Because New Day Trust is an independent company, we cannot absolutely guarantee that our business partners will honor your “opt out” request on our site or your privacy. We cannot assume responsibility for your information once it has been passed to the bank or escrow and title companies. We engage only with companies who have defined privacy policies to ensure that you information is handled appropriately. Please see their websites for more information.

The New Day Trust Web site may contain links to other companies not associated with New Day Trust for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave the New Day Trust website. You should review the privacy policy of any company before submitting your personal information.

Transmitting Data
Most internet browsers support the encrypted transmission of on-line documents and the data you enter on a web page. This encryption makes it nearly impossible to view information transmitted through our Web site should that information fall in to the wrong hands. We use 128-bit encryption which is the highest supported encryption level by internet browsers. We will always use the most secure method of transmitting your data that is supported by your browser-type.

When you begin the prequalification process your internet session is encrypted you’re your security-enabled browser is connected to the Secure server that hosts the prequalification process. You will notice the URL in your web browser address bar that the URL has changed from "HTTP://" to "HTTPS://" to indicate that the secure protocol is in effect. Your browser may also display a message to alert you to the change in security. Your session will remain secure while you are completing the prequalification process.
